One company, and it does everything

WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, Huanbin Lin, Room 505, 5th floor, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It built this website and runs it, runs the advertising and the Google Ads campaigns, owns the stock, takes the order, sends it out, collects payment on delivery, answers for the guarantee and handles returns and refunds. There is no intermediary and no separate advertising operator.

The desk is open every day, 08:00–20:00 Central European Time at hi@meymart.com, and an answer comes within 2 working days. Anything about your personal data goes to privacy@meymart.com, answered within 30 days.

What is on the shelves

Five departments with a short list on each, every item shown with its picture, its price and what comes in the box:

An order, from the page to the door

1. 1You pick the item on your country's page, in its language, and leave a name, a phone number and an address. No account, no password, no card.
2. 2Our call comes — normally within one working day — and we read back the item, the address and the exact sum the courier will collect.
3. 3The courier brings it: handed over within 1–2 working days of the call, 3–7 working days on the road, and you pay in cash when it arrives. The journey adds nothing to the price.
4. 4Afterwards, fourteen days to send it back and a 24-month guarantee, both handled by us at hi@meymart.com.
