What it is

A laser level that projects four full 360° circles — 16 lines in all, horizontal and vertical — in green light, which is easy to see even in a bright room. Set it down within 3° of level and it levels itself; accuracy is 2 mm over 10 metres and the working range is up to 25 m, indoors and out. It can also draw tilted lines.

It is made for building and renovation work: laying wall and floor tiles, fitting suspended ceilings, hanging cabinets, setting doors and windows, running electrical and plumbing lines. The remote control changes the lines without walking back to the level. It runs on a rechargeable 1500 mAh battery, and the casing keeps out dust and splashes.

It measures 12 × 10 × 13 cm, weighs 560 g and comes ready to use, with its accessories in a carry case.
